Taxis The main aim of this campaign is to promote awareness and give advice to students, especially those first years that have moved to a new city. This campaign is especially important at this time of year as the nights are drawing in and the party season is fast approaching. UWIC Students’ Union have teamed up with Premier Taxis who will be providing students with specific in-town pick up points during the week, in order to prevent students waiting around town in the early hours and hailing unlicensed taxis.
