Centro Bar

Cyncoed Campus

  • Split over two lounges, the Centro Bar is the main Students' Union venue at the Cyncoed Campus. This venue is the perfect bar for chilling out during the day and having a few drinks with your coursemates in the evening. We've also got a varied bar food menu with everything cooked to order.
  • We hold a range of events at Centro catering for students on both campuses. You can even book your own social here, check out the Students' Union events page for more infomation.
  • If you're looking for your caffeine hit, our Cyncoed Starbucks is also based within Centro and we've got great Cardiff Met WiFi coverage to hook up your laptop if you're looking for somewhere to get your work done.
  • Centro also boasts a number of TV screens and a big screen which shows live tv and live sport matches.
  • The lower lounge also has pool, darts and table tennis for you to chill out in between lectures.
  • We've also got the SubTV music system which lets you choose the music that's playing in the bar via app - click here to download the SubTV app.

Zen BAR

Llandaff Campus

  • Zen Bar, based in Llandaff, has been refurbished in recent years and offers students the perfect environment for relaxing over a few drinks or picking up a quick bite to eat at lunch time.
  • We also serve breakfast from 8am every morning.
  • We hold a range of events at Zen catering for students on both campuses. You can even book your own social here, check out the Students' Union events page for more infomation.
  • If you're looking for your caffeine hit, our Llandaff Starbucks is just upstairs next to the Students' Union offices and gym. 
  • We've got great Cardiff Met WiFi coverage in Zen to hook up your laptop if you're looking for somewhere to get your work done.

Cyncoed (Centro) & Llandaff Campus (Above Zen)

Our Starbucks is proud to serve all of the usual Starbucks favourites ranging from the renowned Americanos and Lattes to Frappuccinos and iced drinks. We also sell a wide range of delicious cakes and sandwiches. Check out what our regular customers had to say below.
