Michaela Breeze MBE : Won Gold at the 2006 Commonwealth, competed at two Olympic Games and awarded MBE in 2011.

Rhiannon Gibson CEO of Welsh Gymnastics: Joined Welsh Gymnastics October 2011 following a career in journalism, broadcasting and communications. Ex Director of Commissioning with S4C and Deputy Head of News and Current Affairs with BBC Wales. 

Caroline Spanton: WRU National Women’s Rugby Manager.

Scott Simpson: Head of Coaching and Performance for Welsh Athletics (coaches Holly Bradshaw who is the 2013 Indoor Championship Gold Medallist).

Natasha Harding: Vice-captain of the Welsh Women’s football team. Currently plays for Liverpool in the FA WSL. 

Rosie Eccles: Cardiff Met Student and Professional boxer, Welsh Elite British Champion 2015/2016.  

Dan Clements: Head of Performance at Hockey Wales, previous Head of Performance at Rugby League.

Jo Westwood: Cardiff Met Alumni, Hockey Wales and also plays for Swansea Spartans.

Manon Carpenter: Professional racing cyclist. Double World Champion, UCI Mountain Bike World Championships and UCI World Cup Downhill Mountain Bike Series 2014.
