Photography Competition

B Block Art Space, Cyn Coed Campus is hosting an Exhibition of Contemporary Surrealism in Wales

Organisers invite students currently enrolled at Cardiff Metropolitan University to submit a surreal photograph which will be included in the exhibition.

Contestants are advised to research the practice of the surreal flaneur – or “aimless wanderer of urban spaces” and submit a photographic image within this tradition.

Guidelines and Rules

Submit no more than two jpeg images.

Include 60 words text (maximum) about yourself and the two images:

You must include your Cardiff Met ID number, full name, course, personal interests and details of the submission.

The image must not be manipulated – no collage, no cut and paste etc.

Submission deadline midnight February 14th.

Work does not have to be new, it can be historic but cannot have been previously published or shown anywhere else.

It must be your own work and not the work of another person.
