(Non SIA and SIA positions available) for part-time duties normally carried out on evenings/weekends in and around Cardiff for the many sporting events and concerts held here. This is customer service position with the emphasis on crowd safety.

As part of a large skilled and trained team you will help to ensure smooth crowd movement inside and outside of events. When required you will provide assistance to members of the public, ensuring the event remains safe and enjoyable.

Duties carried out will be physically demanding, but always with a smile. Applicants should be credible, and capable of meeting the exacting vetting standards set by the company.

We work for all the major Millennium/Principality stadium events in Cardiff Central Train Station and most of the stations in South Wales providing extra security and crowd management.

We have a very flexible way of working and you're more than welcome to pick and choose the shifts/hours you want to work as we are usually on our sites all day and night. We don’t tie you down to any shifts you don’t want to do. These shifts can fit around other work or university commitments. It's very flexible and we've got a lot of Cardiff based shifts coming up which we'll send the invite out about 3 weeks before the event, the only thing we ask is if you do say yes to a shift then we expect you to attend, just reliability really.
