We are looking for a Digital Media Officer who will assist in the delivery of our Marketing and Communications Strategy to ensure that our tenants, customers and stakeholders interact with us.
The Digital Media Officer will manage our social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn, through the medium of Welsh and English. They will create, edit, schedule and publish multimedia content for our website and intranet as well as our social media platforms. They will deliver new and innovative ways of increasing customer engagement and coordinate the organisation’s digital presence at events and community activities in a creative manner.
Previous experience of working within a marketing or communications department is essential along with experience of writing content and coordinating social media platforms. As this is a bilingual role you will need excellent verbal and written skills in both English and Welsh, along with excellent proof reading skills.
Exceptional organisational and communication skills are also essential for this role, you must be able to work off your own initiative and prioritise your workload to meet strict deadlines. Continually improving is at the heart of what we do so high standards of work and the ability to be flexible and innovative is also important to us.
