The role involves working with the Health and Wellness Manager (HWM) to assist and support the delivery of an innovative and effective health and wellbeing programme.

Duties & Responsibilities
•To support the Health and Wellbeing Manager in the delivery of the client’s Health and Wellbeing programme.
•Liaise with internal Corporate Communications team in the development and delivery of employee communications.
•Work with Creative Services team to develop concepts provided by Health and Wellbeing Manager.
•Organise and manage events, seminars and meetings (booking rooms, ensuring speakers and providers are engaged, contact sheets provided, set up on the day, post event surveys, minute taking etc).
•Budget Management for events and seeking approval from the business where relevant as directed by the Health and Wellbeing Manager.
•Work with Health & Wellbeing providers to collate MI data for onward submission to the HWM and Health Services Providers Head of Wellbeing contact as required.
•Management of wellbeing specific employee emails and respond/advise as necessary.
Skills and Experience
•Ideally educated to Degree level or (or equivalent)
•Demonstrable experience in operational administration roles including experience of working with external providers and key stakeholders
•Demonstrate an interest in Wellbeing both personally and in a corporate environment, with experience in this area preferred
•Excellent time management skills
•Proactive approach to workload with ‘a can do’ attitude
•Highly developed organisational and communication skills
•Computer literate and highly proficient in use of Office applications: Excel, Word, Visio and PowerPoint
•Good interpersonal skills
•Qualified to RSA1 Keyboard Skills or equivalent standard (35 words per minute)
About the Individual
The successful candidate will be a confident communicator; comfortable dealing with people of all levels as well as tactful, empathetic and professional. A self-starter, they will be able to demonstrate an ability to organise and prioritise an ever-changing workload, which is often demanding and varied. An interest in health and well being is preferred.
