Market Development Assistant

JOB PURPOSE 

Assisting implementing the company business development strategy and policies within the designated markets

KEY TASKS
?Contributing to promoting the company services to potential student clients in the designated markets
?Involving in surveying student markets and analysing student client needs
?Coordinating recruitment campaigns and events for the designated markets
?Supporting the training and development of all student recruitment and sales teams
?Contributing to maintaining sustainable business relationships with Higher Education Institutes, business partners, student clients within the designated markets

ESSENTIAL SKILLS NEEDED
?A university degree in any discipline is essential;
?Be familiar with the practice of international educational recruitment market and development trend in the UK;
?Strong research skills and analytical skills;
?With good business sense;
?Relevant experience in the international education recruitment industry is desirable;
?Interested in the education consultancy industry is desirable;
?Good written and oral language communication skills in English language and preferably Mandarin Chinese language;
