JOB PURPOSE
As an HR Assistant you will be providing generalist service to client base and to work on various HR projects and activities as required.
KEY TASKS
• A maintaining up-to-date employee information
• Offering first line advice with regard to basic policies and procedures from employee handbook
• Assisting with recruitment enquires
• Maintaining recruitment database
• Liaise with recruitment agencies
• Set up interviews and relevant correspondence
• Coordinate events
• Administer the on boarding process for new employees and volunteers
• Respond to reference requests
ESSENTIAL SKILLS NEEDED
• Proficient in Word and Excel
• Attention to detail
• Highly organised
• Experience desirable
• Good communication skills in English language and preferably Mandarin Chinese language;
