Mountain View Ranch is an outdoor Centre of Adventure based on Caerphilly Mountain offering
High Ropes and Segway Adventures together with delicious homemade food in the Pizza & Bean
Cafe to keep people fuelled throughout their day.
We are looking for a friendly approachable person who must have experience in the catering
industry, and in supervisor roles, and who is comfortable engaging and serving customers in a busy
environment.
Duties will include:
• Working alongside kitchen/FOH assistants in;
• Prepping and serving food
• Assisting head chef in the preparation of food.
• Keeping the kitchen and seating area clean and tidy
• Customer service/cash handling
• Serving coffee (Barista training will be given)
• Manage the team, and to be responsible for the standard of service.
• Ensure good timekeeping and performance by staff.
• Comply to H&S procedures.
• Responsible for the monitoring and control of stocks and wastage.
• Assisting the Management Team.
This list is not exhaustive. You will be expected to independently run shifts and liaise with fellow
team members to ensure a smooth service is in place.
You will be expected to work weekends and school holidays as that is our busiest period. Your own
transport is essential as there are no direct line of public transport to reach us.
