The DMSG family is growing and to support our plans, we need to add in-house resource capability that can take ownership of talent attraction projects.
The role will be based out of our Cardiff office with travel to London and other UK locations in line with project demands. We have a central London office, therefore, anyone with ambition to move to London, could look to transfer offices in the future.
Working as part of a team, you would hold the following responsibilities;
- Attraction strategy input
- Advert writing
- Application management
- CV screening
- Candidate searching and resourcing
- Candidate qualification calls
- Face to face interviewing
- End to end Candidate management
- Database management
- On-boarding process management and auditing
- Public sector framework management
- Client project account management
- Building a robust social media presence across relevant channels
- Create and market relevant content
As you grow into the role we would look for you to take on project and account management responsibilities as well as offering day to day business support. As you place Associates out on to projects, you will be responsible for managing their project tracking on a weekly basis. As part of our service monitoring system we collect and collate timecards on a weekly basis. To support this area, you will need baseline excel skills and the ability to spot mistakes and solve problems.
