Graduate Business Analyst

G24 are looking for a Graduate Business Analyst to join the team.

Joining into the Sales & Marketing Department you will be responsible for providing administrative support for sales and marketing activities.   This could be managing social media, coordinating communications, email marketing, assisting with website management or handling day to day enquiries.  Whilst sales will not be the main function of your role, you will be expected to initiate and build relationships with customers, identify and qualify potential customers, provide detailed sales quotes to win new business.

In addition you will be required to perform a variety of analytical and reporting services to support the delivery of projects in all areas of the business, including Marketing, Customer Service and Operations.  You will also be required to perform strategic operations analysis and identify performance trends, review sales and financial analyses and interpret data.

Your role will see you tell us:

• What price should we charge for our products
• How much money the team is expected to bring in next month
• What’s new in the market, what our competitors are doing and how they are achieving
• What customers are buying
• Team data, how are they performing, what are they doing right or wrong

As part of our induction you will spend time with each of our departments, giving you the best opportunity to understand what we do and how we do it.  You will receive mentoring and will have access to the Board of Directors.

You will need to be a talented Graduate with the ability to demonstrate:

• A degree in a related subject (Business, Maths, Marketing)
• A strong analytical background with a desire to get to the bottom of the problem.
• Persistent and not afraid to questions
• Ability to manipulate data with experience in using databases to provide detailed reports and graphs
• Ideally, you will have some knowledge of business and finance
• Excellent social media understanding
• Willingness to learn and develop computer systems quickly
