The Park Plaza Hotel Cardiff is a successful  4-star deluxe hotel located in the heart of the city. The hotel offers 129 state-of-the-art guestrooms, a 120 seater Brassiere style restaurant, a busy bar; modern meeting and event facilities accommodating up to 150 guests for dinner, the Kuku Club for private hire and the luxurious Laguna Health & Spa.

 

Reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing and working as part of the hotel sales team, you’ll be using your sales knowledge and expertise to drive sales for the property.

You will spend much of your time researching new business, generating sales leads, booking appointments, updating activities and client profiles, following up on marketing events and seminars, assisting with sales enquiries and activities. In addition, you will also monitor customer satisfaction, reply to customer queries and offer support with our restaurant booking system. 

As Sales Co-ordinator you will need previous experience in the field of sales and possess a great deal of self-motivation and a passion. A relevant degree is desired and whilst experience within the hotel industry would be advantageous it isn’t essential.
