Online Merchandising Assistant

What you’ll do

• The maintenance and merchandising of over 18,000 online products, and 200 brand spaces on the website
• Preparation of imagery using Adobe Photoshop
• Collaboratively working with fellow team members, other departments and 3^rd party stakeholders on a daily basis to ensure best in class merchandising
• Actively contacting and maintaining relationships with suppliers to ensure that all pages on the website are up to date
• Ad hoc tasks as determined by the Brand Managers, CEO and other managers in the business

What you’ll need: Skills & Behaviours

• Working knowledge of Excel, Adobe Photoshop and SEO
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent numerical skills
• Incredible attention to detail, maintaining the accuracy of all output
• Clear, concise and professional telephone manner
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure, whilst managing projects independently
• Strong software skills and knowledge of e-commerce would be advantageous
