Barry based organisation but volunteering can be done from home with monthly meetings with the Directors Free trips provided for Social Media Assistant

Job Duration

This is a great opportunity for an undergraduate to gain experience of an exciting and new project that also links in with Cardiff Met by providing day trips and tours for students.

Details

As Social Media Assistant your main duties will be:

1. Work with Adventure Tours Wales Directors, to help plan and implement online marketing campaigns that drive engagement and bookings across social media

2. Source and produce engaging content to ensure the blog and social media channels are up to date, relevant and interesting.

 

3. Drive and manage social media campaigns from content creation, to measurement of campaign success.

4. Proof read content, including but not limited to social media posts, blog articles and press releases.

5. Administration of trips

 

Required experience and skills

  1. Social Media channel management and content creation via study experience, ideally within a commercial environment
  2.  Applicants must have exceptional written skills and a keen eye for detail

Experience of working with Photoshop or similar program
