Community Connector

What you will be doing

• Being aware of and keeping up to date with local community services, groups and resources that might be of interest to the people we support.
• Talking to the people we support to find out what would make life good for them, understanding their goals and aspirations.
• Supporting people to make contact with and attend clubs, groups and activities in their community.
• This may involve travelling with people or giving them lifts using your own vehicle where appropriate.

About You

• A people-person- outgoing, confident and interested in others.
• Well connected with your local community, or interested in building this skill.
• Diplomatic, enthusiastic and a team player
• This role requires a DBS check.
