We are looking for volunteers to help us deliver this unique camp.
On a typical day, volunteers will be needed from early morning to the evening guiding participants around the campus at mealtimes, attending workshops to supporting evening leisure and sporting activities. There is also an excursion day, where all 150 people will leave the RNC campus for a day in the Brecon Beacons hiking, abseiling, canoeing and socialising.
Volunteering at ICC will require commitment and enthusiasm but it will be as rewarding as it is demanding. You will have an opportunity to learn new skills, meet new friends and strengthen your CV.
Examples of volunteer roles include:
• Lead Volunteer – assigned to a country group (approximate group size 5-8 people)
• Minibus Drivers - transporting to/from Hereford train station
• Airport Support – greeting participants and helping ensure they make the appropriate travel connections to Hereford
• General Guide and Supporter – offering support round the campus, attending workshops, supporting evening leisure activities
Volunteers in the past have also run workshops at ICC and if you have a skill or interest that you feel could be part of a workshop, we would happily discuss this with you.
