Details: Aged between 16 and 25? Become a Youth Volunteer Ward Befriender on our adult wards. You don’t have to be interested in a career in health care. We’re looking for friendly people to keep patients company once a week and brighten up their day! No previous experience needed, but enthusiasm for engaging with others is a must!
Application Deadline: 7th October 2019. You will also need to be available for a recruitment event in the early afternoon of 16th October.
Location: Cardiff Hospitals; University Hospital Wales, University Hospital Llandough, St David’s Hospital and Rookwood Hospital.
Hours: Once a week for 2 hours minimum (flexible times)
Duration: Minimum 6 months
