An exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join a successful UK sales and marketing team. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will use your Mandarin language skills to manage your own key accounts, making outbound sales calls and handling incoming enquiries via telephone and email.
We are particularly keen to hear from candidates with sales office / customer service / sales administration background.
Office Based – Commutable from – Cardiff, Newport, Cwmbran, Caerphilly, Pontypridd, Merthyr Tydfil, Barry, Pontypool
£21-23kBasic + Bonus
The Candidate
- Previous customer service / sales office / sales administration experience.
- Fluent or Native Mandarin skills both written and spoken.
- Graduates are also encouraged to apply, particularly those with a degree related to Mandarin or Business.
- A confident telephone manner with the ability to build strong customer relationships.
- A competent user of Microsoft packages, in particular Excel.
The Role
- Become the main point of contact between customers and the business.
- Handle all customer enquiries including processing orders, arranging shipping and managing customer credits via telephone, email and fax.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure orders are dispatched in line with customer expectation.
- Process and schedule freight, ensuring relevant documents for shipping are prepared.
- Ensure the highest level of customer service is provided at all times.
- Support a Sales Account Manager for the region.
