Visitor Services Assistant with special responsibly for Mobility Hire provision (2 positions)

As well as working in an organised manner to efficiently follow briefed procedure, this is a front of house role and therefore receives a proportion of visitor queries, so customer service skills are also desirable.

The ideal candidates will:

• be relatively practical and not afraid to get their hands dirty
• have a strong professional manner
• have a sensible attitude to site safety
• be able to work as a team in a fast paced environment and
• Be numerate as cash handling is involved.

Duties to include but not limited to:

• keeping the collection tent tidy and organised
• following the Wheelchair Provision and returns procedure
• providing a helpful and friendly experience for the show visitors
• undertaking other duties to enhance the Visitor experience as required
