Personal Assistant (care work)

I am an optimistic 29 year old man living within the Penarth area. I am looking for a personal assistant to provide me with support out socially within the local community. I have some mobility issues but I try not to let this affect my daily activities. I can walk short distances, however I use a manual wheelchair when I am out and need someone to push this. I have 10 hours per week available @ £10 per hour. 

Driver preferred. 

PA must not smoke while supporting me.
