On Friday 6th November, a group of animal loving students gave up their morning to walk some dogs for a dog rescue charity.

Despite the pouring rain, volunteers spent nearly an hour walking the dogs through a field next to the kennels. The dogs seemed to enjoy going out together in group.

As most students are unable to keep pets in their accommodation, the volunteers enjoyed spending time with animals whilst helping out the dog shelter.

We plan to do more dog walking projects throughout the year.
