The Art Society is your space to relax, meet new people, and get creative.
We’re CMU’s Art Society – a welcoming community for anyone who enjoys art, whether you study it, practice it in your spare time, or just love being around it.
Throughout the year we run a wide mix of events including Drink & Draws, quiz nights, gallery visits, creative workshops, and socials. This year, we’re also trialling bigger socials like pub crawls and drinking nights alongside our usual relaxed meet-ups, so there’s something for everyone.
Most of our activities are held on Llandaff campus and around the city centre, but if there’s demand, we’re happy to bring events to Cyncoed too.
Once you become a member, you’ll get direct access to our WhatsApp group – a space to keep in touch with everyone, share updates, and get the latest details on events. We also run a dedicated Notion page for members, which includes our Zine of the Month, a termly calendar of events (subject to change), event feedback forms, and more ways to stay involved.
