Student Caseworker
Our Student Caseworker offers independent and impartial advice and support on a number of aspects relating to university life. This includes appeals, complaints, sexual health and wellbeing concerns. Our aim is to ensure students are fully informed of their options and signposted to the best places to seek additional support if needed. - Bookable Appointments (30 min slots) last appointment held at 3pm
- Monday – Friday
- 10am – 4pm
Appointments are available via Microsoft Teams, over the phone, or in person at the Llandaff campus SU office (located above the Global lounge, on the first floor).
