Cardiff Met Students' Union is providing the ticketing for this event. The event itself is being run by Cardiff Met Athletics. Further details can be accessed on the Cardiff Met Athletics website.

• Pole Vault

• South West England U20/Seniors: All events in open programme (athletes must have the required SW Eligibility)
• Welsh Masters Events: 60m, 200m, 400m, 800m, 1500m. (Entry through Welsh Masters- LINK https://www.welshmastersathletics.co.uk/single-post/2018/10/31/WMAA-INDOOR-Championships-Dates)

*Eligble for South West Championships- Must pay correct entry fee. 

All main GP events are Seniors & U20’s only (U17’s may compete as an U20). The 800m and 1500m is also open for South West athletes in the U13, U15 & U17 age groups.

Entries close at 10pm on the 29th of January.
