Repair Café Wales Volunteer - Copy

Can you sew? Are you IT or electronic savvy?… anything else in between? Then you can help us! Repair Café Wales are monthly pop-up events where volunteers fix household items for free in order to reduce waste, teach skills and bring the community together. Typical household items include toasters, kettles, clothing, toys, small furniture and basic bike maintenance. If you have any skills in the above areas we’d love your help. Its a great way to get in voluntary work and is a fantastic boost

Seasonal workers needed to pick and pack fruit and vegetables on UK farms

Due to the current Coronavirus pandemic, UK farms have a shortage of seasonal labour to help pick and pack fruit and vegetables. British workers are being encouraged to apply for these paid positions on local farms across the UK including Wales. The British growing season kicks off in earnest in May and there will be an increase in jobs in late April and throughout the summer
