Resilience and Well Being Cardiff Met SUThis session will share with you the current research on resilience and you will explore together a range of practical and local ways of integrating these evidence based ideas into your student life. The idea is not to increase your ‘to do’ list, but to raise awareness and reflect together on some handy things you can integrate into your daily life. The pandemic has lead to many of us having to consciously think about how we maintain our well being.
