Conference and Banqueting Staff

We are looking for a customer focussed individual to join our conference and banqueting department.  

Your naturally friendly manner and calm, confident personality, combined with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service within a food and beverage environment will make you an ideal candidate for this role.

In this role you will work within our Conference and Banqueting department and serve on various conferences, dinners, weddings and private functions.

Duties Include:

• Setting conference rooms, and servicing during breaks.
• Cleaning down any function rooms used
• Welcoming customers and providing a high level of service
• Setting up for service, clearing down after service and carrying out all associated tasks
• Serving food, drink and wine at table
• Serving on our bars

Candidates must be of a smart appearance, have good communication skills, excellent customer care skills and be flexible with working hours, as hours of work will vary according to business requirements. Candidates should possess a knowledge of food and drink and be a team player with enthusiasm and drive.  Previous related work experience is preferred.
