Volunteer HR Administrator - Sully

Salary

Expenses/Travel information You will need to be able to travel to the volunteering location (based in Sully), whether by car or public transport. Expenses incurred will be reimbursed according to Ty Hafan Travel and Expenses Policy.

What activities would you be involved in?

  • Supporting the HR Team with basic administration tasks
  • Photocopying, filing
  • Updating/amending spreadsheets
  • Auditing/updating and maintenance of systems across the teams
  • Data input
  • Internet research
  • Supporting the Learning and Development Manager with creating/updating tool kits

     

    Information on training provided

    You will be fully briefed by the Ty Hafan team and continuous support will be available.

    What skills will I need?

  • Understanding of IT systems - Excel
  • Flexible and willingness to learn
  • Enthusiastic and engaged team member
  • Good communication skills, well organised
  • Interested in gaining office experience within several teams based in HR
