Job Title: Event Manager
Reports To: Sales Director

Job Overview:
Event Managers will be responsible for the week to week running of the individual events that they are assigned to. They will also be responsible for growing and managing a strong, loyal team of reps. The key focus of the role will be driving ticket sales both via their own individual channels, using social media and word of mouth, while also ensuring that reps and promoters are performing at their best week on week.
The event manager needs to live and breathe nightlife and be the face of their individual event brand.
Responsibilities + Duties:
- Event Management
- Ticket sales & cash management
- Weekly promotional shifts
- Weekly rotas
- Rep recruitment
- Weekly report
- Wage submission
- Management of bookings managers & reps
- Weekly event manager meeting
Type of Employment: Part-time
Wage: £125 per week + Commission + Bonuses
