We ensure the perfect après ski atmosphere with variety of rooms and weekly concepts. Here at HBB we will go from quiz nights and beer tower parades to Live music and DJ sessions in the après Ski Room!
Join the après-party all year round to the sound of international hits that make your fists pump and your beer froth. As an employee at Heidi's Bier Bar, your most important responsibility is to make sure that the guests are happy and to create a warm and welcoming place to enjoy a night out with friends or family.
We are looking for outgoing and welcoming personalities to become of our little family. You will need to be able to work a minimum of twice a week and to always come in with a smile on your face. Previous experience is not required but if you are a superstar bartender there is always a place for you.
We are looking to fill the following roles: Bartenders, Hosts, Runners,Entrance / Cloakroom staff and a Deputy Venue Manager.
A little insight into some of these roles:
Wardrobe / Cloakroom staff:
As wardrobe staff at Heidi’s, your face is the first thing our guests see when they visit one of our venues. So, you will need to be great at smiling, welcoming and outgoing to fir our brand. You will have a great job and be responsible for the guest’s jackets and bags, so it’s important that you have a flair for service and the ability to make our guests feel safe, when leaving their precious possessions with us.
It’s a bust environment and the pressure will be on during key times of the year, so you will need great drive and patience.
Bartenders:
As a bartender at Heidi, your main responsibilities re to ensure that guests are served at the bar and that they have a blast! It comes naturally to you to take on responsibility for your workplace, and you are excellent at making others feel comfortable and welcomed. The job as bartender requires good deal of patience and a very high level of service-mindedness, since you are in close contact with many great guests. Furthermore, you will need the ability to keep cool and calm in hectic, sometimes, very busy situations.
Runners:
As a runner, you are the venue’s strong multi-tasker – it’s your responsibility to make sure that the whole place functions. It’s a job that appeals to people who love working in a fast pace venue and of course, in a fun and busy environment where no shift is ever the same. A runner will keep the venue nice and clean and making sure all the colleagues have what they need to do their job. We need an outgoing, smiley, and helpful to sure your flair amongst our guests.
Hosts:
These roles are all about welcoming our guest like you would to a gust in your own home. You will welcome with a smile, show them to their table and serve drinks to their thirsty palates. You’ll make sure our guests are happy and enjoying themselves – and of course that they want to visit again. We need you to be outgoing, happy, and smiley – and a score on a A+ when it comes to service mindedness.
All these roles have working hours that are mainly weekends and evenings.

The right candidate will be self-motivated, a good communicator, well presented, and love for people. Candidates must be 18+ as the role includes serving alcohol, and eligible to work in the UK.
