As a teaching assistant, you will be expected to:
- Have some experience working with children, for example coaching, volunteering, mentoring, tutoring, or something similar
- Support the class teacher
- Provide one to one and group support
- Support reading groups
- Help with administrative tasks
- Provide feedback to the teacher on the pupils’ progress
- Assist with the development of basic Literacy, Numeracy, and ICT skills
