Cardiff Met FC success in Nathaniel MG Cup Final!

You may have been cwtching on your sofa last Saturday evening, or even nursing a hangover. However, if you have been following Cardiff Met FC’s progress this season, you probably would have been one of the many Archer’s that travelled to Jenner’s Park and watched the boys take a triumphant 2-0 win over Cambrian & Clydach Vale BGC.

CARDIFF MET FC SUCCESS IN NATHANIEL MG CUP FINAL, WITH 2-0 WIN OVER CAMBRIAN & CLYDACH VALE BGC

Though, this was no ordinary game for Cardiff Met, this was the Nathaniel MG Cup Final – which attracted a record number in attendance of 1,503 spectators! Met raced in to the lead, with a goal from Roscow which edged them towards the half time whistle. Cambrian & Clydach returned from the changing rooms, looking for a battle to equalize in the 55th minute, but luckily Alex Lang shot down their chances and kept a clean sheet for the Archer’s. Roscow then got his name on the score sheet for the second team and sealed the deal in the second minute of injury time – ending the game with a 2-0 Cardiff Met FC win.
