Our kickboxing classes are designed to cater to everyone. We start with absolute beginners, and incrementally develop them; building confidence, flexibility and fighting ability. Whether you’re an absolute beginner, or professional level fighter, this class will bring out the best in you.

This class will improve your self-defence, cardiovascular ability, flexibility, core strength, endurance, balance, coordination, and so much more.
