Cardiff Met Law Society


Welcome to the Law Society and thank you for your interest. 

 

The premise of this society is to explore opportunities within the legal field. This society is open to law students as well as non-law students. We are currently planning our first event and would love to hear your ideas! 

The Law Society is £5 to join and with this memebership will include opportunities to:

- Meet guest lecturers

- Go on trips out (to the Cardiff Crown Court)

- Take part in mooting and debating (with the oppourtiny to take part in the Welsh Mooting Competiton)

- Attend alcoholic and non-alcoholic socials 

- So much more!

Our current goals to do this semester is:

- Trips to Crown Court

- Fun events at clubs with different themes

- Sporting events like bowling and golfing

- Proper mooting and debates with carefully devised scenarios 

- Murder Mystery and pizza nights

 

With our dedicated committee we want to continue to grow our society in numbers and create a fun, educational group that you can be a part of.
