Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Society

Thank you for stopping by!

We are committed to spreading the art that is Brazilian Jiu Jitsu by providing a friendly and inclusive space for students to train and experience this great combat sport. We accept people of all skill levels and affiliations. We will be working extremely hard to make sure that our members will feel like they have gained something from joining us and are happy that we have provided this space for them. We are an open and democratic society which is formed for our members.

As a society we will look to organize days out, outings to the numerous competitions that are held all around the UK all year round and seminars by some of the most talented jiu jitsu practitioners in the UK/World.

We are the first Brazilian Jiu Jitsu society in Wales, and we are proud to fill that gap. The art has been around for quite a few years and through the emergence and popularity of MMA (Mixed Martial Arts), Brazilian Jiu Jitsu has come to the fore front of the combat sports world and is seen as an essential part of Mixed Martial Arts.

We believe in training safe and having respect for one another on and off the matts. The sport, although physically demanding and competitive, is one of humility, curiosity, and acceptance. We are happy that you have joined us on this journey.

Can’t wait to train with you!!
