In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. Cardiff Metropolitan's Islamic Society is one of the most diverse societies on campus. We cater non-exclusively to Muslim students through socials and other activities.

Our vision is to create an ISOC thats caters to the social, educational and religious needs of Muslim students, unifying them to facilitate the worship of God. To demonstrate the beauty of Islam to those of different faiths by aiming to be the best of Muslims through guidance of the Quran and Sunnah "And let the be [arising] from you a nation inviting to [all that is] good, enjoying what is right and forbidding what is wrong, and those will be the successful."[3:104] We aim to provide students with the necessary means to develop their educational abd spiritual knowledge with Islamic lectures and workshops throughout the year. We also have socials: our annual Charity Week events and other activities such as camping which allow students to get to know one another from all disciplines, creating lifelong friendships. Through this we aim to raise awareness of Islam, teaching non-Muslim students about Islam and dispelling misconceptions that have arisen in the current climate. Through our engagemant with the wider community by working with the Multifaith Chaplaincy, mosques and charities, we hope to be better the local community.
