In order to process and activate your membership, your name, student number and any additional information you are required to provide to participate in your sport will need to be made available to the SU, committee members of the clubs you wish to join and external organisations where appropriate. Your details will be used to effectively manage your membership and communicate relevant club, fixture, social event information to you. Should you wish to have your details removed, you can contact SU Sport email@example.com
As a member of a Club, Society or Student Group you are required to comply to the SU's Communications Policy for Student Groups. Any breach of this Policy may affect your membership and further disceplinary action may be taken.
