Leadership is one of the skills businesses value most, and yet it is one of the most difficult for them to find. At a time when more and more young people have an impressive array of qualifications and technical skills, those with the ability to cut through argument and doubt to offer a solution, and then take people with them to see it through, will stand head and shoulders above the crowd.
