Cunningham Lindsey specialises in the provision of claims management and loss adjusting services. We provide a broad range of expertise ranging from building valuations to the handling of subsidence claim portfolios, as well and the adjustment of a broad spectrum of insurance claims.
A vacancy has arisen in our busy Cardiff office for part-time Helpline advisors. Helpline is a diverse team and work 24 hours a day 365 days a year which includes dealing with customer calls for around 260 schemes.
Working within our comfortable offices in central Cardiff, our Helpline Advisors have full responsibility for each individual insurance claim we deal with.
We are currently seeking individuals to work part-time, evenings and weekends. Our Helpline team are open 24 hours a day 365 days a year and are responsible for dealing with enquires for over 250 schemes across broad range of products.
It`s not just about the talking, it`s the listening too. Our claims can be so diverse that you`ll need to have superb empathy skills, take a neutral view and remain calm when the pressure is on.
You will have/will be:
? Superb Customer Services skills and proven experience
? Excellent telephone manner
? The ability to work on your own initiative
? Understanding and empathy when required
? Strong communication skills - both written and oral
? Accurate keyboard skills IT literacy
