Food and Beverage Assistant

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Food Service across a variety of events including; weddings, Matchday hospitality, banquets, restaurant service, parties, funerals and many more.
• Food and Beverage service across a variety of different venues, to include; St Peter’s hall, Cardiff Arms Park, Cottrell Park, Cornerstones (New Opening), Penarth Pavillion and many more.
• Maintain a high standard of Service standards at all times in line with the company guidelines
• Respond to inquiries from customers in a courteous manner.
• Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of all working areas whilst on duty, to coincide with E.H.O legislations.
• Work with the F & B supervisors / Managers to ensure smooth running of events.
• Be punctual, well presented and polite at all times, in line with the company standards.

All food & beverage employed by Spiros Fine Dining Caterers will be required to meet the following standards where applicable:

• To be responsible to the Operations Manager for the delivery of top quality service at every catering event attended.
• To ensure your punctuality and time keeping to meet clients requirements.
• To maintain a professional attitude at all times.
• To ensure the companies uniform standards are maintained at all times.
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and be positive and respectful in working with a diverse population.
• Must be dependable and reliable 
• Motivated self-starter and able to complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision
• Demonstrated commitment to GREAT customer service.
