We are a small but busy team so you will need to be organised and have a can do, flexible attitude. Multi-tasking and attention to detail are a must, as you will be undertaking all jobs relating to the purchase and sales ledgers, including keeping the ledgers up to date and accurate.
Experience of working in a busy finance department is essential for this role, along with demonstrable experience of processing a high volume of purchase invoices and working to strict deadlines. It is essential that you are computer literate and have a good working knowledge of Word, Excel and accounting software along with a working knowledge of finance systems and procedures.
Continually improving is at the heart of what we do so high standards of work and working on your own initiative is also important to us.
