Zen Bar Staff

Cardiff Met SU has a number of commercial operations across Cyncoed and Llandaff campus. We are looking for flexible staff to work in Zen, our food, beverage and bar venue on Llandaff Campus. 

Staff will ensure all customers entering the  outlets are catered to effectively and professionally, receiving excellent customer service.

Duties:

• To prepare and serve food and drink, in accordance with the health and hygiene regulations to meet the daily needs of the customers and staff
• Build relationships with customers to provide outstanding customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness in all areas front of house, table and counters as specified on the cleaning schedule.
• To assist with special events and functions.
• Work on the bar operations serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
• Follow cash handling procedures when fulfilling cashier duties.
• Ensure all kitchen and bar equipment is clean and sanitised as per cleaning schedule
• To be flexible and willing to help other departments at busy times if required.as required by the Manager.

Personal Specification:

• To have fantastic customer service and to be able to tailor your approach according to each customer
• To have an interest in food and drink

No previous experience needed - we will provide you with the training for the position.
