What you will do:
- Supporting employees to complete online training.
- Supporting the completion of the online Care Certificate.
- Mentoring.
- Coaching through the Learning Connect content to read / guide through questions and answers.
We're looking for someone who:
- Is Friendly and Enthusiastic.
- Is confident with and able to support others with IT, literacy and functional skills.
- Keen to learn new skills.
- Reliable and Dependable.
- Passionate about helping people and improving the lives of people with learning disabilities and autism.
