Ty Hafan Hospice - Volunteer Online Sales Lister

About the role

The role would be based in Bridgend at the Ty Hafan Retail Distribution Centre assisting the manger with preparing and presenting stock before listing items on the appropriate Amazon and eBay platforms.

This role would be ideal for anyone interested in volunteering within a warehouse setting with an interest in developing and utilising their IT skills.

What activities would you be involved in?

• Sort incoming stock and prepare for sale
• Enter details into appropriate listing platform
• Store and organise listed stock
• Handle E-mail and telephone enquiries.
• Retrieve of sold stock from storage
• Pack sold items prior to posting.
• Electronic entry of tracking and sales data onto Excel.

Information and training provided

A full induction and training will be provided for the role;

• Manual handling
• Basic excel (e-learning)
• How to sort, process & list  the stock online

What skills will I need?

• Basic computer skills
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently.
• Some special product area interest will be beneficial
