As the Academic Caseworker I can advise students on all Academic Procedures found in the Academic Handbook. As part of this service I can;

•    Give advice on procedures
•    Help complete forms
•    Provide on-going support throughout the process
•    Be a point of contact for any questions/queries you may have

As part of the Academic Support provided by the SU we also offer Representation. This can be anything from providing support in an informal meeting with a lecturer OR attending a formal hearing with you or on your behalf.
