Golf


The club fees are for the 2019/20 academic year. Fees are set by the club and are subject to change the following academic year.

Cardiff Met Golf Club is affiliated to Cardiff Golf Club which is situated at an ideal location just a stones throw away from the Cyncoed Campus.

The Team consists of both males and females and as a whole is allocated approximately 16 places each year, with a criteria that each members must be a member of a golf club and hold an active playing handicap. (Differing criteria apply to women depending on their ability).

Members can then play all year on weekdays and Sundays and all of the BUCS matches are hosted at Cardiff Golf Club with no further green-fees payable.

Cardiff Met have had a number of successful golfers over the years, and many have been able to gain support from the R & A Scholarship scheme.

In order to process and activate your membership, your name, student number and any additional information you are required to provide to participate in your sport will need to be made available to the SU, committee members of the clubs you wish to join and external organisations where appropriate. Your details will be used to effectively manage your membership and communicate relevant club, fixture, social event information to you. As a member of a Club, Society or Student Group you are required to comply to the SU's Communications Policy for Student Groups.
